CONTEST RULES 

Pianos Schaeffer X Galeries Lafayette @Metz

From 10 to 24 December 2021 (inclusive)

 

Article 1 - Organizing company

1.1. The company Pianos Schaeffer Sarl is responsible for the organization and management of this competition. Candidates fill out a ballot on the piano on display at the Galeries Lafayette in Metz, with no obligation to purchase.

A winner will be drawn at random from among the candidates at the end of the game period and will win the prize associated with the contest in which he has participated.

Article 2 – Participation

The competition is open to anyone visiting the site, an essential condition for access to the ballot box in which to deposit the entry form. Members of the staff or administration of the company Pianos Schaeffer, as well as members of their family or companies working for it are not eligible for the title of winner.

Participation for a minor and/or adult under guardianship implies that he has received the consent of his guardian or legal representative to participate. For minors and/or adults under guardianship, Pianos Schaeffer France reserves the right to verify the prior authorization of parents and/or legal representative.

The same person (same name, same address, same email) can only participate once in the competition. No participation by mail will be taken into account. Participation in the competition is only open to residents of metropolitan France.

 

 

Article 3 – Modality of participation

The competition will take place over the following period: 

• Launch date: 10 December 2021

• Closing date: December 24, 2021 

• Draw date: 19 January 2022

This contest is free and without obligation to purchase.

To compete, participants must: 

Fill out an entry form by annotating all the information

For participation to be valid, the answer mustnot be (but the following list is not exhaustive):

- defamatory, abusive, racist, religious, pornographic,

Offences against public order or morality;

- infringing the privacy and image rights of third parties;

- and in general, contrary to the regulations and legislation in

vigour.

Pianos Schaeffer Sarl reserves the right to delete any reply in comment that would be deemed contrary to these rules or any comment that the social network, support of the operation, would ask it to delete because contrary to its regulations.

The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email by a member of the company Pianos Schaeffer who will indicate the terms and conditions relating to the withdrawal of the prize. The lot will be picked up at the Pianos store Schaeffer rue des Benelles 57685 AUGNY;

The prize offered to the winner cannot give rise to any dispute on the part of the winner, nor to the delivery of its counter-value in cash (total or partial), nor to its exchange or replacement for another prize, of any value whatsoever, for any reason whatsoever.

If the winner was unwilling or unable to take possession of his/her prize, he/she would not be entitled to any compensation.

The prize not claimed within 7 days (168 hours) from receipt of the email sent informing him of his win will be considered as remaining the property of the company Pianos Schaeffer France and may be returned to a new person drawn.

 

Article 4 - Lots

A lot offered: new piano CASIOTONE CT-S1 worth 299 euros.

  

Article 8 - Acceptance of the rules of the competition

 Any participation in the competition entails:

• Full and unreserved acceptance of these rules;

• The arbitration and organization of the competition by Pianos Schaeffer Sarl, as a last resort, for all disputes relating to the interpretation and / or application of these rules.

 

Article 9 - Terms of modification of the competition

Pianos Schaeffer France reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or cancel the competition without notice in case of force majeure.

In this case, its responsibility can then in no case be engaged, and no compensation can be claimed by the candidates.

 

Article 10 - Limitation of liability

Pianos Schaeffer France can not be held responsible for facts that could not be attributable to it, in particular if there was a possible delay in the delivery of the prize, or in case of force majeure likely to disrupt, modify or cancel the competition.

Pianos Schaeffer Sarl cannot be held responsible for the fraudulent use of connection rights to the social network by a participant.

Pianos Schaeffer Sarl disclaims any responsibility in case of malfunction of the internet network, telephone lines, reception equipment preventing the smooth running of the game. In addition, their responsibility can in no way be held for problems of routing or loss of e-mail or post, in particular during the delivery of the prize to the winner.

Pianos Schaeffer Sarl disclaims all liability in the event of technical, anomaly, hardware and software failure of any kind (virus, bug ...) caused on the Participant's system, their computer equipment and the data stored there and the consequences that may result on their personal, professional or commercial activity.

 

Article 11 - Filing and consultation of this Regulation

Pianos Schaeffer France reserves the right to make any changes to the Rules at any time, without notice or obligation to justify its decision and without liability being incurred as a result.

Each participant will be deemed to have accepted it simply by virtue of participating in the contest, as of the effective date of the amendment. Any participant refusing the modification(s) made must cease to participate in the competition.

Applications must be accompanied by a copy of an identity document bearing the signature of the holder and must specify the address (postal or electronic) to which the reply must be sent. Pianos Schaeffer France has a period of one month following receipt of the request to communicate the requested information or to supplement, modify or delete it.

 

Article 13 – Attribution of jurisdiction

This competition is subject to French regulations and law.

The parties shall endeavour to resolve amicably any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these rules. If the disagreement persists, it will be submitted to the competent courts. 

The participant acknowledges having read these rules, accepting them without reservation and complying with them.
